Reenu Mathews Joins Mohanlal And Sathyan Anthikad

Reenu Mathews joined the sets of the upcoming Mohanlal starrer directed by Sathyan Anthikad. The actress posted an exclusive picture clicked from the sets, on her official Facebook page. Reenu stated her deep excitement to work with her favorite actor-director combo Mohanlal-Sathyan Anthikad.

Interestingly, Reenu Mathews will be playing a modern woman in the movie, unlike her earlier characters. As per the reports, Reenu Mathews will be playing the boss of Mohanlal's character, Vineeth Pillai. Reenu says that her character in the movie shows a lot of similarities to her real self.

Manju Warrier will play the female lead opposite Mohanlal in the movie. Manju will be essaying Deepa, an advocate who practices in the family court. Deepa is a divorcee with a 7 year old kid. The story revolves around Vineeth Pillai, senior correspondent of Vanitharathnam Magazine, who comes to do a story about Deepa.

Mohanlal and Manju Warrier are joining hands after a long gap of 15 years. Along with Reenu Mathews, Innocent and Lena will play the other pivotal roles. Sameer Thahir handles the cinematography. The yet to be titled movie is produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner Ashirwad Cinemas.
