Sai Pallavi, the Premam fame actress is undoubtedly the most celebrated newcomer of the recent past. Malayalam movie industry is still not over the 'Malar' effect and eagerly waiting to watch her back onscreen.

There have been lot of speculations regarding Sai Pallavi's second movie outing, since the release of Premam. But the actress has always maintained that she is still not over the Premam effect and wants to choose the future projects carefully.

Initially, it was rumoured that she will romance her Premam co-star Nivin Pauly once again, in his upcoming action thriller Action Hero Biju. But later, it was revealed to be false when the crew finalised Anu Emmanuel for the role.

Then, the sources almost confirmed that Sai Pallavi is playing the female lead in the upcoming Asif Ali starrer Inspector Dawood Ibrahim. But the actress herself slammed the rumours through her official Facebook page.

It was also rumoured that she will pair up with Mohanlal in Major Ravi's next; but the director denied the reports. As of now, Sai has been roped in as the leading lady in the upcoming Dulquer Salmaan starrer directed by Sameer Thahir.

But the team is yet to confirm the reports. Rumour mills also suggest that Sai Pallavi is playing the titular role in Ranjith's Leela. It is hard to believe the reports, as Leela was turned down by many actresses due to its controversial nature.

We strongly believe it would be difficult for an artist like Sai Pallavi, who values her comfort zone, to play Leela. Meanwhile, let us wait for the actress to clear the air as early as possible and announce her next project.
