Sai Pallavi, the actress who stole millions of hearts with her performance in the recent blockbuster Premam, says that she may quit acting. She was talking in a recent interview given to Manorama Online.

According to Sai Pallavi, she is more concerned about her medical career and wants to continue her career as a doctor. The actress has been receiving lots of letters from her fans, stating that they want to see her only as Malar.

Being highly involved in her medical profession, Sai Pallavi is quite unsure about pursuing a career in film or dance in the near future. She states that she is completely overwhelmed with the fame she gained with Premam.

Sai Pallavi says the complete credit of her performance goes to director Alphonse Puthren, who insisted her to accept the role. According to the actress, she was completely under-confident about her acting skills and voice.

Another interesting fact is, Sai Pallavi was totally clueless about the stardom of Nivin Pauly. She has watched Nivin-Alphonse team's Neram, and loved the film. But the actress had thought that Nivin is just a budding actor.
