Sanusha To Make Sandalwood Debut

Sanusha, the young bubbly actress of M'town, is all set to make her Sandalwood debut soon. Sanusha will play the female lead opposite Kannada superstar Shivaraj Kumar, in the upcoming movie Kabira.

The actress, who was a well-known child artist in Malayalam movie industry, made her lead role debut with Dileep starrer Mr. Marumakan. She has already established herself as one of the leading actresses of M'town.

Her last few releases, including Anil Radhakrishnan Menon's Sapthamashree Thaskaraha and Rajesh Pillai's Mili, were critically and commercially successful movies. The actress has recently completed filming for VK Prakash's Nirnaayakam.

Popular Malayalam actresses, including Chippi, Bhavana and Bhama has been highly successful in Sandalwood. Sanusha is expected to continue the legacy of her senior actresses, with her highly promising debut movie, which is a bid budget venture.

Kabira, directed by Narendra Babu, is a movie adaption of Bheesham Sahni's popular novel Kabira KhadhaBhazar Mein. Sources suggest that the movie is a period action thriller, set in the 15th century.

Reportedly, popular Tamil actor Sarath Kumar will appear in the role of Delhi Sultan Sikander Lodhi. Some popular actor from the Sandalwood and Bollywood industries will essay the other pivotal roles in the project.
