Malayalam
Cinema's
much
awaited
Christmas
releases
are
in
trouble,
due
to
the
sudden
theatre
strike
in
Kerala.
Reportedly,
the
theatre
federation
has
decided
to
shut
down
the
theatres,
to
the
much
shock
of
the
production
banners
and
audiences.
The
theatre
owners
federation
decided
to
strike,
as
the
Government
decided
not
to
seal
the
tickets,
if
the
theatre
owners
failed
to
pay
the
money
for
the
welfare
fund
in
advance.
The
amount
is
approximately
Rs
3
per
each
ticket.
The
owners
state
that
it
is
impossible
to
pay
the
money
in
advance,
as
the
case
still
not
closed
and
the
court
is
yet
to
give
a
verdict.
