Watch: Prithviraj's Anarkali Title Teaser

The title teaser of Prithviraj starrer upcoming movie Anarkali is out. The movie will mark the directorial debut of scenarist Sachy, who rose to fame with the popular movies Seniors, Run Baby Run etc. Anarkali, which is said to be a musical love story, will also have Biju Menon in a pivotal role.

Interestingly, it is for the first time in the history of Malayalam movie industry, a movie is launching its title through a teaser. The teaser is filmed in a narrative style, which shows the lead actors and the title in a totally different way. The lead actors appears in the teaser through their voices.

The teaser opens with the telephonic conversation between Prithviraj and Biju Menon, regarding the title of their new movie. During the conversation, Biju Menon mentions that the video has been sent to Prithvi. Later, the video opens up revealing the movie title.

Anarkali will have Mia George in the female lead. Popular cinematographer Rajeev Menon, Bollywood actor Kabir Bedi and Suresh Krishna will play the supporting roles.

Sujith Vasudev handles the cinematography and Vidyasagar composes the music. Ranjan Abraham is the editor. Anarkali is produced by Rajeev Nair under the banner Magic Moon Productions.
