If reports are to be believed, the renowned production house, Supriya Films, is planning for a comeback to Malayalam cinema with Prathap Pothen's directorial venture which has Dulquer Salmaan in the lead.

For all those who don't know much about this production house, we hereby list some of the prominent films that they have given to Malayalam cinema. Take a look.

Supriya films has been a prominent face in South Indian Film Industry. The production house formed by Hari Pothen has made some vital contributions, especially to Malayalam cinema.

Hari Pothen is the brother of renowned actor Prathap Pothen. Hari Pothen has associated with directors like Bharathan and Padmarajan to give some evergreen classics of Malayalam cinema.

Supriya films can also be credited for the change that the industry witnessed in the late 70's and 80's. They did fund for movies which were out of the box and highly innovative.

The comeback of this banner is indeed a good news for Malayalam cinema. If reports are to be believed, Supriya Films would be producing this Dulquer starrer in association with Rajaputhra films.

Udaya Pictures, another prominent production house is also coming back through the Kunchacko Boban starrer Kochavva Paulo Ayyappa Coelho.
