Ann Maria Kalippilanu Censored With A Clean 'U'

Ann Maria Kalippilanu, the Sunny Wayne-Baby Sara starrer has bagged a clean U certificate from the censor board. The movie, directed by Aadu fame Midhun Manuel Thomas, will be released on August 5.

The children's film revolves around the titular character Ann Maria, a school kid and her unusual bonding with Gireesh, a fraudster. Baby Sara and Sunny Wayne play Ann Maria and Gireesh, respectively.

Aju Varghese will appear as Gireesh's best buddy cum crime partner. Siddique, Saiju Kurup, Shine Tom Chacko, Dharmajan Bolgatty, John Kaippallil, Leona Lishoy, etc. appear in the supporting roles.

Interestingly, Dulquer Salmaan is playing a special cameo role in the movie. It is for the first time, the actor is making a guest appearance in a film. Reportedly, Dulquer is highly excited about his role in the movie.

The movie is jointly scripted by John Manthrichal and director Midhun Manuel Thomas. Vishnu Sharma is the director of photography. Shaan Rahman composes the songs and background score.

Lijo Paul handles the editing. Ann Maria Kalippilanu is produced by Alice George, under the banner Goodwill Entertainments. The movie is distributed by Mammootty's Playhouse Release.
