Archana Kavi, the young actress of M'town tied the knot with the popular standup comedian Abish Mathew, today (January 23rd), in a traditional low-key ceremony which was held at Kochi.
The wedding was attended by the family members and close friends of the couple. The post-wedding reception, which was held at Bolgatty Palace, Kochi, was attended by some popular celebrities.

Abish Mathew and Archana Kavi, who are close friends since their childhood, got engaged on November 1st, at a private ceremony which was held in Delhi, in the presence of family members.
The marriage proposal was jointly put forward by Archana and Abish's families. The couple was initially reluctant about the marriage, but later decided to tie the knot.
Archana is still unsure about continuing in movies after marriage. She states that she is not much passionate about movies and wants to do much more things in life.
The actress, who hails from Ramapuram, Kottayam, is the daughter of journalist Jose Kaviyil and Rosamma Kaviyil. Archana has an elder brother named Anish Kavi.
Abish Mathew, who also hails from Kottayam, started his career as a radio jockey. He rose to fame through his comedy shows and was a part of AIB Roast Knockout.
