CONFIRMED: Atlee Has No Plans To Direct Nivin Pauly!

Nivin Pauly, the Malayalam actor was reported to be associating with the young Tamil film-maker Atlee, for his next directorial venture. But, as per the latest updates, Atlee has no plans to direct Nivin.

But, the reports were not completely false, but partially true. The director is teaming up with the crowd-puller of Mollywood for his upcoming Tamil movie, in the role of a producer.

Atlee is producing a Tamil flick with Nivin in the lead role, under the banner A For Apple. The project will start rolling by the end of 2016 after the actor completes his committed projects. More details will be revealed soon.

Nivin Pauly is currently filming for his next Tamil venture, which is the remake of Kannada blockbuster Ulidavaru Kandanthe. The project is directed by debutante Gowtham Ramachandran.

The actor is also simultaneously filming for National award-winner Sidhartha Siva's upcoming Malayalam movie, in which he plays a student's leader. The movie is expected to be released for Onam 2016.

He will next join the sets of Premam fame Althaf's directorial debut. The movie, which is produced by Nivin Pauly himself under the banner Pauly Jr. Pictures, stars newcomer Aishwarya Lakshmi in the female lead.
