Get Set To Witness A Comeback Fest In Malayalam Cinema!
Malayalam cinema is all gearing up to witness the comeback of many of its favourite actors and actresses, after a short break. Many projects are in the pipeline, which would mark the comeback of many of our favourite stars.
Take a look at some of the Malayalam film celebrities who are all set for a comeback, with some exciting projects.
Narain
Actor Narain, after taking a brief break, is all set to be active in Malayalam films in the coming days. The actor was recently seen in Sudhi Anna's Hallelooya. Narain would be next seen in the film Angane Thanne Nethave Anchettennam Pinnaale, which is a satire. He would also be seen in the film Kavi Udheshichathu..?, which also has Asif Ali and Biju Menon in important roles.
Meera Jasmine
It has been quite some time since we saw Meera Jasmine in Malayalam films. The actress is gearing up for a big comeback through the film 10 Kalpanakal, which is the directorial debut of editor Don Max. She would be seen in the role of a Police Officer in this film.
Meera Nandan
The actress is gearing up for a comeback to films, after a gap. She would be seen as the leading lady in the film Angane Thanne Nethaave Anchettennam Pinnaale.
Bhama
Actress Bhama too, is planning for a grand comeback to films with a powerful role. The actress would be seen playing a very important role in the film Marupadi which is being directed by V M Vinu. The film is said to be dealing with a women-centric subject.
Rahman
Rahman was previously seen in the film Lavender. The actor is at present working for the film Marupadi, which is being directed by V M Vinu. He would be seen playing the male lead role in this film.
By all means, it is a comeback fest, as a good number of stars are gearing up to make it big after a break. Interestingly, actor Narain has already started off with his film Hallelooya, which released on May 20.
The film directed by Sudhi Anna also had Meghna Sunder Raj in the lead role. The film did win good reviews, but couldn't make it big at the box-office, since it had to face tough competitions from other releases like Kammatipaadam and Aadupuliyattam.
Most of the above mentioned stars had taken a brief sabbatical from films. Actors like Rahman were active in the Tamil film industry during the break that they had taken from Malayalam films.
This is indeed a good sight for Malayalam cinema as the industry would get to see its talented artists back in full form.
