Dileep & Kavya Madhavan Set A New Record!

Dileep and Kavya Madhavan, the highly celebrated onscreen pair entered the wedlock on November 25. Now, the newly wedded couple has scripted a new record in the history of Malayalam cinema.

Interestingly, Dileep and Kavya Madhavan are now the real-life couples who has acted together in the maximum number of films, in their career. The actors have shared the screen in more than 20 films in their career.

Kavya and Dileep have now broken the record, which was earlier owned by Parvathy and Jayaram. The senior star couple, who recently celebrated their 24th wedding anniversary, have shared the screen in about 15 films.

Dileep and Kavya Madhavan first shared the screen in Lal Jose's Chandranudikkunna Dikkil, which marked the debut of the actress in lead roles. The duo last shared the screen in Adoor Gopalakrishnan's recent movie Pinneyum.

The fans and media have always considered Kavya Madhavan as the lucky co-star of Dileep. Some of the best works of the duo include Thenkashippattanam, Meesha Madhavan, Thilakkam, Runway, Lion, Kochi Rajavu, etc.

If the reports are to be true, Kavya Madhavan is planning to quit acting and settle down as a housewife. Dileep, on the hand, is busy with some promising projects in his kitty, including Ramaleela, Kammara Sambhavam, and Professor Dinkan.
