WOW! Dulquer Salmaan's Charlie Impresses Japanese Audience!

Dulquer Salman starrer Charlie, which earned both critical and commercial success in Kerala, has crossed boundaries to create wonders.

According to reports, the film which released in Japan recently, has earned some magnificent reviews there also.

The film which released on May 15, 2016 in theatres in Japan has won the hearts of the Japanese audiences. Those who saw the film are in awe about the character Charlie. The journey of the character and positive energy that the film spreads seem to have worked out well with the audiences.

Interestingly, the film got released in Japan with Japanese subtitles, which is happening for the first time with a Malayalam cinema. This move itself has helped the film to gain popularity within the audiences of Japan.

Charlie has been distributed by Japanase company named Dozo in association with Celluloid Japan. Celluloid Japan had shared a video through their Facebook page, which contains the audience response for the film .

The Dulquer Salman starrer was a big success in Kerala Box-office also. Charlie went on to break many collection records.

More importantly, the film went on to win many awards at the Kerala State Film Awards for the year 2016. Dulquer Salmaan won the Best Actor award and Martin Prakkat went on to win the Best Director award. actress Parvathy also won the Best actress awrd for her performance in Ennu Ninte Moideen and Charlie.
