Kali, the Dulquer Salmaan starring upcoming action thriller bagged a clean 'U' certificate from the censor board. Kali, which is slated to release on March 26th, is directed by Sameer Thahir.

Sai Pallavi essays the female lead opposite Dulquer Salmaan in the movie, which revolves around the married couple Siddharth and Anjali. Kali is said to be an intense, serious movie.

Dulquer plays the central character Siddharth while Sai Pallavi depicts his wife, Anjali. Reportedly, Pallavi is playing a character with a huge scope to perform in the movie and has dubbed on her own.

Interestingly, the team had initially tried to find a good dubbing artist for Sai Pallavi, but the efforts went in vain. Later, they decided to make Sai dub for herself, by making some slight changes in the plot.
