Dulquer Salmaan's Solo Gets A Release Date!

Dulquer Salmaan, the promising young actor is joining hands with popular film-maker Bejoy Nambiar for his Mollywood debut. The filming of the project, which has been titled as Solo, is progressing in Kochi.

In the recent interview given to the Asianet News channel, director Bejoy Nambiar opened up about Solo and revealed the release date. If things fall in place, the movie will hit the theatres on May 11.

According to Bejoy, Solo is a movie with a very young, contemporary vibe. The director also revealed that some popular Bollywood actors are also a part of the project, which is a Malayalam-Tamil bilingual.

Bejoy states that he has intended to cast only Malayalam actors in the movie, which is predominantly a Malayalam film. Instead, the director wants the actors who can perfectly portray his characters.

Popular model Arthi Venkatesh essays the female lead opposite Dulquer Salmaan in the movie, which will also have another actress in a pivotal role. Solo will be mainly shot in Kochi, Mumbai, and Ladakh.

Details regarding Dulquer Salmaan's character in the movie, and the rest of the star cast are yet to be revealed. Solo is jointly produced by Bejoy Nambiar's Getaway Films and Abaam Movies.
