Election Campaign Controversy: Innocent & Mukesh Defends Mohanlal

Innocent and Mukesh, the actors offered their complete support to Mohanlal, and defended him upon the recent election campaign controversy. They stated that Mohanlal has all the right to support his friends.

Recently, the National award winner Salim Kumar had resigned from the actors association AMMA. He stated that Mohanlal and other actors participated in the election campaign, disrespecting the decision of AMMA.

Mukesh, who defended Mohanlal, stated that they are all well-aware of Salim Kumar's political interests. Innocent, who welcomed Salim Kumar's decision to resign from the association, thanked him for his support in the past.

The actor-turned-MP stated that Mohanlal has all the right to support his friends and attend the election campaigns. Innocent, also confirmed that AMMA hasn't instructed the actors to not cooperate with the election campaigns.

Mohanlal, recently attended the election campaign of KB Ganesh Kumar in Pathanapuram, to the shock of actor Jagadeesh, the opponent of Ganesh. Jagadeesh has openly expressed his shock over Mohanlal's decision.

The actor stated that KB Ganesh Kumar blackmailed Mohanlal into attending the campaign. Popular Malayalam celebrities, including director B Unnikrishnan, slammed Jagadeesh for his statement about Mohanlal.
