Jacobinte Swargarajyam Gets A Release Date!

Jacobinte Swargarajyam, the upcoming Nivin Pauly starrer directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan, has got a release date. The movie, which is a family drama, will hit the theatres on March 18th.

It is the second release of Nivin Pauly, after Action Hero Biju in 2016. Jacobinte Swargarajyam is the fourth collaboration of the actor, with his best buddy cum mentor, actor-director Vineeth Sreenivasan.

The movie revolves around the title character Jacob, played by Nivin and his relationship with his parents and family. Interestingly, the movie is completely shot in Dubai, unlike their earlier ventures.

Gautham Menon, the noted Tamil film-maker, was expected to make his acting debut with the movie. But he backed out due to unexpected issues, and he was replaced by debutante Ashwin Kumar.

Jacobinte Swargarajyam is a movie without a romantic track. If the rumours are to be true, there is no female lead in the movie. It is expected to be a very different attempt from Vineeth-Nivin duo.

Renji Panicker, Aju Varghese, Lakshmi Ramakrishnan, Sreenath Bhasi, Sai Kumar, TG Ravi and Dinesh Prabhakar play the supporting roles. The movie is produced by Noble Babu Thomas.
