Jayaram, Unni Mukundan and Prakash Raj To Come Together!

Aadupuliyattam, which released in the month of May, this year, did provide a much needed break for Jayaram, after a series of flops. The film directed by Kannan Thamarakkulam was declared a success at the box-office.

Kannan Thamarakkulam is all set to direct the actor once again for an upcoming film, which has been titled as Achayans. Interestingly, the film would have a big star cast comprising of some big names from Mollywood and Kollywood.

Apart from Jayaram, the film would also feature Unni Mukundan and Prakash Raj in the lead roles. It is for the first time Unni Mukundan and Jayaram are joining the hands for a Malayalam movie. They would also be seen sharing the screen space in the upcoming Telugu film Bhagmati.

Achayans, would have its script written by renowned scenarist Sethu. Sethu had earlier scripted films like Mallu Singh, I Love Me, Salaam Kashmir etc.

According to the reports, Achayans would be an out-and-out entertainer. Achayans is the third directorial venture of Kannan Thamarakkulam, who debuted with the film Thinkal Muthal Velli Vare, which also had Jayaram in the lead role.

The film is expected to go on the floors by the mid of October.
