It seems like Jayasurya is enjoying his stint as a singer. The actor had a good start to this year as a singer, with his song from the film Pavada entering the chartbusters.

It is for the first time that Jayasurya is singing for a song set to tune by Gopi Sunder, and the actor through his official Facebook page sent out a funny post regarding the recording of the song. Take a look at Jayasurya's Facebook post.

Jayasurya has had a good time as a singer. His song Muthaanu Joy from Paavada fetched him laurels. Earlier, he had sung songs in the film Punyalan Agarbathis and Amar Akbar Anthony, both which went on to be big hits.

Shajahanum Pareekuttiyum is being directed by Boban Samuel. The film has Kunchacko Boban and Jayasurya in the lead roles. Amala Paul would be seen as the leading lady in this film.
