Mainstream Actors Are Reluctant To Work With Kavya Madhavan?

Kavya Madhavan, the gorgeous actress was highly praised for her last outing, Adoor Gopalakrishnan's Pinneyum. But in a recent interview, Kavya revealed that she is not happy with the way her career is evolving.

The actress openly stated that most of the mainstream heroes, especially the 'new generation' actors, are not interested in working with her. According to Kavya, she had lost some promising offers due to the same.

If the reports are to be believed, most of the young top-league actors feel that Kavya is too senior to be paired up with them. Ironically, our senior heroes are absolutely okay being paired up with the under-aged heroines.

She feels that even the young film-makers are not interested in associating with her, due to her girl-next-door image. Kavya Madhavan revealed that she has not been approached with any interesting scripts, these days.

The actress's last few outings, including Pinneyum, Aakashavani, and She Taxi, were box office failures. Even though Kavya tried to revamp her career with some promising projects, things didn't work out.

Now, the actress is all set to team up with Drishyam director Jeethu Joseph for his women-centric movie. The movie will only start rolling after Jeethu completes his Pranav Mohanlal project and Mammootty starrer.
