According to the actress, she was never in a relationship with the actor. Dileep was one of the closest industry friends of Kavya, with whom she could share even the darkest secrets.

She had never thought of marrying Dileep, even when the rumours regarding their relationship started doing rounds on the social media. But, her search for an ideal life partner ended in Dileep.

It was their loved ones, who insisted that Dileep and Kavya get married. The families had a serious discussion about the marriage and made a final decision, just one week before the wedding.

Interestingly, when they consulted the astrologer to check the horoscope matches, he predicted that they are made for each other. Then, the couple decided to tie the knot on the very next auspicious day.
