Kismath, which released on July 29, 2016, has opened to rave reviews from audiences and critics alike. The film, which is based on a real life event, has struck the right chords.
Now, according to the latest reports, Kismath which released in 43 theatres across Kerala would make it to more number of screens in the second week.
Lal Jose, whose L J film has distributed the film to the theatres, is planning to expand the number of screening centres and new reports suggest that the movie would be screened in 35 more centres from the coming week.
This is indeed a good way forward for a small film like Kismath, which was initially finding it hard to get to the theatres. It was then that Lal Jose took up the movie for distribution.
The film, which narrates the love story between a Muslim boy named Irfaan and a Dalit girl named Anitha, has had a good run so far in the theatres. The responses have been great for the film, especially from centres like Ponnani, Perinthalmanna etc.
Kismath is also having a good run in multiplex centres in Ernakulam, with good number of housefull shows to the film's credit.
The film, directed Shanavas K Bavakutty features Shane Nigam, Shruthy Menon, Vinay Forrt, Alencier Ley, P Balachandran, Sunil Sukhada etc. in the lead roles.
