Mammootty Turns Thrissurkkaran Once Again!

Mammootty, the megastar of Mollywood is all set to play a Thrissurkkaran, once again. As per the reports, Mammootty will play a Thrissur-based goon in the upcoming movie, directed by Happy Wedding fame Omar.

The actor has earlier played a Thrissur-based man, in the highly acclaimed movie Pranchiyettan And The Saint. Mammootty will be using pure Thrissur dialect in the movie, which is a complete entertainer.

Reportedly, Sunny Wayne and Shine Tom Chacko will appear in the key roles in the movie. The untitled project is the second directorial venture of Omar, who was highly praised for his debut venture Happy Wedding.

The team is expected to reveal the title of the project, rest of the star cast, and the further details soon. Mammootty has earlier played the role of a goon in the several films, including Martin Prakkat's directorial debut, Best Actor.

As per the reports, the movie will start rolling immediately after Mammootty completes his upcoming Ranjith project, Vamban. The actor is currently busy with the filming of the upcoming revenge thriller, The Great Father.
