Mammootty's White: 2 Days Box Office Collections

White, the Mammootty-Huma Qureshi starring romantic drama is receiving negative reviews from all over. The movie which hit the theatres after a long wait, failed to impress both the audiences and critics.

With the first 2 days of days of its release, White made a gross collection of 56 Lakhs from the Kerala box office. The movie has made a collection of 27 Lakhs on the second day of release.

The movie had a poor opening at the box office by collecting 29 Lakhs on its releasing day. Mammootty's last release Kasaba has made a new record by collecting 2.48 Crores on its releasing day.

But, the Uday Ananthan-directed movie couldn't meet the expectations created by its trailer and teasers. White is considered as one of the most disappointing Mammootty film, released in the recent past.

Acha Dhin, the Eid release of 2015 is the Mammootty movie, which made the lowest initial collection in the past few years. The movie just made an initial collection of 18 Lakhs on its release day, from Kerala.

Well, we hope that the megastar will bounce back into the success track, with his promising upcoming releases, including the complete comical entertainer Thoppil Joppan, which is directed by Johny Antony.
