Manju Warrier's C/O Saira Banu Stars Rolling

Manju Warrier, the lady superstar, is playing the titular role in the upcoming movie, C/O Saira Banu. The movie, which is directed by debutante Antony Sony, recently started rolling in Kalamassery, Kochi.

C/O Saira Banu, which is said an emotional thriller, is scripted by the popular radio jockey, RJ Shaan. The dialogues of the movie, which is based on photographer Victor George's missing case.

Interestingly, Manju Warrier's character in the movie, Saira Banu is a post woman, The movie also marks the comeback of senior actress Amala Akkineni to Malayalam cinema, after a very long hiatus.

Amala is playing the character Adv. Annie John Tharavadi in the movie, which depicts the conflicts between two women, who hails from different sections of society. Shane Nigam, the Kismath actor plays Manju Warrier's son.

C/O Saira Banu will also have Niranjana Anoop, the Loham fame actress, who is the daughter of popular dancer Narayani Anoop, in a key role. Reportedly, Niranjana is appearing as Shane's pair in the movie.

The dialogues are penned by popular scenarist Bipin Chandran. Abdul Rahim is the director of photography. C/O Saira Banu is jointly produced by Maqtro Pictures and Eros International.
