Meet Prithviraj's New Heroine, Mishti Chakraborthy

Prithviraj, the young talent of Mollywood, is all set to romance yet another new face. Bollywood actress Mishti Chakraborthy is all set to make her Malayalam debut, with the Prithviraj movie Adam.

The movie, which marks the directorial debut of scenarist Jinu Abraham, is said to be a romantic thriller. Mishti is playing the role of a Fort Kochi based Malayali Christian girl, named Hannah.

Mishti made her acting debut with the Subash Ghai's Kaanchi. The actress, who hails from Kolkata, has also worked in a Bengali movie and two Telugu movies. She will soon make her Tamil debut as well.

Adam revolves around John Pothan, a Kottayam-based planter, played Prithviraj. Miya Gorge, Narain, and Lalu Alex will appear in the other key roles in the movie, which will start rolling in September.

Jinu Abraham, the director of the movie, has earlier penned scripts for the Johny Antony movie Masters and London Bridge, directed by Anil Menon. Both the movies had Prithviraj in the lead role.

Jomon T John handles the cinematography. Adam, which is produced by CS Stanley and Jose Simon will be shot at the various locations of Mundakkayam and Kochi. Stay locked to Filmibeat for more updates.
