Mohanlal-Dileep Cold War: What Is The Truth?

Dileep has always maintained a great equation with all his senior actors, including the superstars Mammootty and Mohanlal. But according to the grapevine, Mohanlal and Dileep are in a cold war now.

According to the rumour mills, the cold equation between the actors started when Manju Warrier made a comeback. Manju was originally supposed to make her comeback with the Ranjith-directed Mohanlal project.

If the reports are to be true, Dileep, who was deeply displeased with his ex-wife's decision to resume her acting career, requested Mohanlal not to cast her in the film. But, Mohanlal immediately declined his request.

The senior actor replied to Dileep, that it is not him, but the director and producer are the ones who decide the leading lady of the movie. However, Mohanlal's reply didn't go well with Dileep, who expected the actor to support him.

The gossipmongers suggest that the actors are not in good terms since that incident. They point out that Mohanlal and his close associates gave the Dileep-Kavya wedding a miss, due to the same reason.

Reportedly, Mohanlal was in Rajasthan for the shoot of 1971 Beyond Borders during that time. But his close associates Priyadarshan, Innocent MP, Nedumudi Venu, Idavela Babu, and KB Ganesh Kumar also didn't attend the function, despite being in town.

The gossip mills consider this an indication towards the cold equation between the actors. However, the sources close to Dileep and Mohanlal bitterly denied the reports and stated that everything is fine between the duo.
