Mohanlal-Lal Jose Movie With Benny P Nayarambalam's Script

As we all know, Mohanlal is all set to team up with hitmaker Lal Jose for the first time. Reportedly, scenarist Benny P Nayarambalam is working on a script for the movie.

If the rumours are to be true, Benny is busy giving the final touch to the script. If things fall in place, the Lal Jose's Mohanlal movie will start rolling by mid-2016.

Benny P Nayarambalam was the writer of Mohanlal starrer Anwar Rasheed movie, Chotta Mumbai. He has associated with Lal Jose, for Chandhupottu and Spanish Masala.

Earlier, Lal Jose had planned a project titled Cousins, with Mohanlal and Prithviraj in the lead roles. But the actor backed out at the last minute, due to his fallout with the production team.

Later, Lal Jose had approached Mohanlal multiple times; but the actor turned down the offers citing various reasons. Then, the director decided not to approach Lal again.

Shockingly, he publicly stated that he can't make movies for Mohanlal. But Lal Jose confirmed that he will work with Mohanlal, if any of his characters demand such a brilliant actor.

He had also revealed that Mohanlal was never willing to believe him. The media and fans started speculating that all is not well between the duo, after the director made such statements.

But Mohanlal and Lal Jose immediately put an end to the rumours, by announcing their collaboration. The project is produced by Antony Perumbavoor, under the banner Aashirvad Cinemas.
