Mohanlal's Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol Gets A Release Date

Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol, the upcoming Mohanlal-Jibu Jacob movie, has finally got a release date. If the reports are to be true, Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol will hit the theatres on November 4, as a Diwali release.

Earlier, the movie was expected to hit the theatres in December, as a Christmas release. But, the team decided to prepone the release as the filming and post-production will be finished soon.

The movie, which is said to be a satirical comedy, will have Mohanlal in the central character Ulahannan, a Panchayath secretary. He is a family man who leads a peaceful life with wife Annie and two kids.

Meena is playing Ulahannan's wife Annie. The popular star pair is joining hands once again, after the huge success of Drishyam. Aima Sebastian and Sanoop Santhosh plays Ulahannan and Annie's kids.

Actor-writer Anoop Menon is appearing a pivotal role in the movie. Neha Saxena, Nedumudi Venu, Suraj Venjarammoodu, Sudheer Karamana, Alencier Lay, Suresh Krishna, Aju Varghese, etc. appear in the supporting roles.

The project, which is based on VJ James's short story Pranayopanishath, is scripted by popular writer Sindhuraj. The movie is produced by Sophia Paul, under the banner Weekend Blockbusters.
