Mohanlal's Puli Murugan: First Song Is Out!

The first video song of Mohanlal's upcoming flick Puli Murugan is finally out. The song, which is composed by Gopi Sundar is sung by veteran singer KJ Yesudas and KS Chithra.

Interestingly, the song which starts Kaadaniyum kalchilambe features the titular character Murugan and his closely-knitted family. Even though it is not the best work of Gopi Sundar, the song stands out with its beautiful visuals.

It gives a close picture of Murugan's family, which includes his loving wife, little daughter, and younger brother. Popular actress Kamalinee Mukherjee appears as Murugan's wife, while Vinu Mohan plays his younger brother.

Lal, the senior actor-director depicts the role of Murugan's close friend. From the song, it is evident that Puli Murugan will be a never-seen-before visual treat for the audiences, as it is majorly shot in forest areas.

Puli Murugan, which is the most expensive movie ever made in Malayalam industry, was completed with a shooting schedule spanning one year. The movie is produced by Tomichan Mulakupadam for Mulakupadam Films.

Jagapati Babu, Suraj Venjarammoodu, Bala, Kishore, MR Gopakumar, Anjali Aneesh, Namitha, etc appear in the supporting roles. Puli Murugan is expected to hit the theatres on October 7, as a Navarathri release.
