Mohanlal & Ranjith To Team Up After Loham

Mohanlal, the complete actor is reportedly all set to team up with writer-director Ranjith, after the superhit movie Loham. Reportedly, Ranjith has already started the scripting for the Mohanlal movie.

Earlier, Ranjith had announced that his next project is a Mammootty starrer. But as per the latest updates, the movie will only start rolling after Mammootty completes his committed projects, including Karnan.

Meanwhile, the director will complete his Mohanlal project. If the rumours are to be true, Ranjith is planning to rope in Manju Warrier to play the female lead opposite Mohanlal in the movie.

Loham, the last outing of Mohanlal and Ranjith ended up as an average grosser and received mixed reviews. So, the duo is said to be extremely particular that their next outing should be perfect.

Ranjith had planned a multi-starrer with Mohanlal, Prithviraj, and Manju Warrier in the lead roles earlier. But the project was dropped in the initial stage itself, as the plot was similar to Vineeth Sreenivasan's Thira.
