Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol Teaser Review: Vintage Mohanlal Is Back!

Mohanlal starrer Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol is gearing up to be one of the big releases of the upcoming Christmas season. The film has been directed by Vellimoonga fame Jibu Jacob.

The makers of the movie released the first official teaser of Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol on December 3, 2016. The teaser has opened to a grand reception in online circuits.

The first teaser of the film features Mohanlal and Anoop Menon in it. The 64 seconds long teaser has an interesting conversation between Mohanlal and Anoop Menon. After a crime thriller and a power-packed action entertainer, in the form of Oppam and Pulimurugan respectively, Mohanlal is back to the role of a family man, with Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol.

The biggest positive of the teaser is Mohanlal himself. It seems like the vintage Mohanlal is back. He plays the character of Ulahannan in this movies and if teaser is any indication to go by, Mohanlal would be seen at his best. Anoop Menon plays the role of one of close friends of Mohanlal, in the movie. Popular actress Meena would be seen as Annikutty, the wife of Ulahannan.

Reportedly, the film is based on the popular short story Pranayopanishath. Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol has its script written by Sindhuraj.

The movie also features actors like Suraj Venjaramoodu, Alencier Ley, Kalabahavan Shajon, Aia Sebastian etc., in important roles. Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol, produced by Sophia Paul under the banner Weekend Blockbuster would hit the theatres on Decmber 22, 2016.
