Oppam Box Office: First Weekend (4 Days) Box Office Collections

Oppam, the recently released Mohanlal-Priyadarshan movie has succeeded in impressing both the audiences and critics. The suspese thriller has been considered as the best work of Mohanlal and Priyadarshan in the recent times.

According to the trade analysts, Oppam is performing extremely well at the box office as well. The movie has made a gross collection 7.24 Crores, within the first weekend (4 days) of its release.

The movie has made an initial collection of Rs. 1.56 Crores on its releasing day, with a net collection of 1.26 Crores and share of 74 Lakhs. It was not an impressive figure for a Mohanlal-Priyadarshan movie.

But, the highly positive reviews helped the movie to improve the collections, and it made a gross collection of 1.77 Crores on the second day of release. Thus, the total collection was raised to 3.33 Crores.

On the third day of release (September 10), Oppam collected about 1.89 Crores, and the total collection was raised to 5.22 Crores. The movie made a collection of 2.02 Crores on the 4th day, thus making a collection of 7.24 Crores.

Interestingly, Oppam has collected 8.40 Lakhs from the multiplexes of Ernakulam districts, with the first 41 shows. The team expects that the movie will break the record of Premam, by crossing 10 Crores in first week.
