Oppam,
the
Mohanlal
starring
Priyadarshan
movie
has
already
emerged
as
the
second
biggest
box
office
hit
of
2016.
Now,
the
movie
has
surpassed
the
lifetime
collections
of
Drishyam,
the
2013-released
Mohanlal
movie.
Reportedly,
Oppam
has
made
a
total
gross
collection
of
42.6
Crores
within
the
first
78
days
of
its
release
from
the
Kerala
box
office.
Thus,
the
movie
has
emerged
as
the
second
highest
ever
grosser
of
Mollywood.
Drishyam,
the
suspense
thriller
directed
by
Jeethu
Joseph,
had
made
a
total
gross
collection
of
42.5
Crores,
from
its
lifetime
collection
at
the
Kerala
box
office.
The
movie
made
a
worldwide
collection
of
68
Crores.
Now,
Oppam
has
taken
over
the
second
position
in
the
top
10
highest
ever
grossers
list
of
Mollywood
box
office.
Drishyam,
on
the
other
hand,
has
been
shifted
into
the
third
position
of
the
list.
But
when
it
comes
to
the
worldwide
collections,
Drishyam
is
still
in
the
second
position,
as
Oppam
has
managed
to
collect
63
Crores
from
its
worldwide
run.
The
Priyadarshan
movie
is
still
running
in
more
than
20
screens
in
Kerala.
Pulimurugan,
the
recent
Mohanlal
movie
is
in
the
first
position,
with
a
total
collection
of
more
than
125
Crores,
It
is
truly
remarkable
that
three
Mohanlal
films
have
grabbed
the
top
3
positions
in
the
all-time
highest
ever
grossers
list.
