OH NO! Pulimurugan Tamil Remake Is Not On The Cards?

Mohanlal starrer Pulimurugan is creating waves not only in Kerala, but in other states also. The film, which released in places outside Kerala as well, has won praises from the audiences.

Recently, certain reports had surfaced regarding the Tamil remake of Pulimurugan. Reports suggested that the remake rights of Pulimurugan have been sold for a record price and the makers are planning to rope in some big stars of Kollywood, to reprise the role of Mohanlal from the original version.

Names of actors like Ajith, Vikram, Dhanush etc., were doing the rounds for the remake version and it had raised the expectations of the viewers.

But now, the writer of the film Udaykrishana, has come forward and refuted all the reports. In a recent interview, the writer stated that all the news spreading around the same are fake and nothing has been finalised about the remake of the film.

Meanwhile, the dubbed version of Pulimurugan would get released soon. The Telugu version of the film has been titled as Manyam Puli and the film is set to hit the theatres in November. There are reports that the film would also be dubbed in to languages like Chinese and English.
