Meet The New Actress In M'town, Rajisha Vijayan!

Newcomers are having a roll in Malayalam cinema. Many new actors and actresses are gearing up for their grand debuts on-screen.

The latest to join that list is actress Rajisha Vijayan, who would be seen opposite Asif Ali in the upcoming film Anuraga Karikkin Vellam. Take a look at some of the pictures of Rajisha Vijayan.

Rajisha Vijayan is a popular host and over the years she did make a mark of her own, in miniscreen. Being a popular TV host, she is well-known to family audiences.

Rajisha shot to fame with Uggram Ujjwalam, a reality show that was aired on Mazhavil Manorama. She has also done other TV programs like Susi's Code, 100% Love, Surya Challenge etc in various other channels.

Her debut feature film Anuraga Karikkin Vellam has been directed by Khalid Rahman, brother of renowned cinematographer Shyju Khalid. The movie has been produced by Shaji Nadesan, Santhosh Sivan, Prithviraj Sukumaran and Arya, under the banner of August Cinemas.

Anuraga Karikkin Vellam has Biju Menon and Asif Ali in the lead roles. Both would be seen playing father and son respectively, in this movie. The movie also features Asha Sarath, Sudheer Karamana etc in prominent roles.

The first teaser of the film got released on May 6th and it opened to a grand reception.
