Tovino Thomas's Godha Starts Rolling

Godha, the Tovino Thomas starring upcoming comical thriller started rolling in Palakkad. Interestingly, Tovino is playing a wrestler in the movie directed by Basil Joseph, who made his directorial debut with Kunjiramayanam.

The movie, which revolves around the life of wrestlers, is scripted by Rakesh Manthodi, the writer of Vineeth Sreenivasan's Thira. Punjabi actress Vamiqa Gabbi essays the female lead opposite Tovino Thomas in Godha.

Godha will also have writer-actor Renji Panicker and Aju Varghese in the other pivotal roles. Shaan Rahman composes the music. The movie is produced by Mukesh R Mehtha, under the banner E4 Entertainment.

Interestingly, Tovino sports a beefed-up look, teamed up with a thick beard for the movie. The actor has put a lot of effort to look exactly like a professional wrestler and was highly appreciated by the social media for the same.

It is not the first makeover for Tovino Thomas, who is very particular that he should look different in each character. His look in the RS Vimal directed movie Ennu Ninte Moideen, has earned wide appreciations.

The actor next release in Gappi, in which he plays a traveller named Thejas Varkey. Tovino Thomas is currently filming for the upcoming Prithviraj starring horror thriller Ezra, directed by debutante Jay K.
