Vismayam Box Office: First Weekend (3 Days) Kerala Collections

Vismayam, the recently released Mohanlal starring family drama has succeeded in impressing both the audiences and critics. Despite being a dubbed film, Vismayam has been widely accepted by the Malayali audiences.

Within the first 3 days of release, the Mohanlal movie has managed to make a total gross collection of 2.61 Crores, from the Kerala box office. The movie made 1.03 Crores, on the third day alone.

The Chandrasekhar Yeleti directed movie made an average opening at the box office, by collecting 68 Lakhs on its releasing day. The second-day gross collection was increased to 90 Lakhs.

Thus, Vismayam made a total gross collection of 1.58 Crores within the first 2 days. The highly positive reviews and support of family audiences have surely helped the movie to make a mark at the Kerala box office.

According to the trade analysts, Vismayam has managed to collect about 12 Lakhs from the Ernakulam multiplexes, with its 3 days theatrical run. The number of theatres is expected to be increased by next week.

The movie, which is originally made in Telugu as Manamantha, stars Gauthami, Urvashi, Nedumudi Venu, Joy Mathew, etc. in the supporting roles. Vismayam is produced by Varahi Chalana Chithram.
