Thoppil Joppan Or Puli Murugan: Which Film Would Break Kasaba's Record?

Well, this year's Onam season did witness a big war at the box office with good number of films clashing for the top spot. And Mohanlal starrer Oppam has won the race fetching good collections at the box office.

Now, some big movies are slated for release during the first week of October and those films are expected to set some records at the box office.

Mohanlal starrer Puli Murugan is one of the big releases of the season. Mammootty starrer Thoppil Joppan is also expected to hit the theatres during the season.

Puli Murugan would hit the theatres on October 7, 2016. Thoppil Joppan might hit the theatres on the same date. The makers haven't officially announced the releasing date of the film.

All eyes would be on these two films and film lovers and industry experts would be keen on to know as if which film would break Kasaba's opening day collection records.

Kasaba did set an opening day collection record by fetching 2.48 Crores from Kerala box office alone. Puli Murugan is planning for a wide release and same would be the case with Thoppil Joppan.

Both the films have the ability to break the existing records and we have to wait to see what would happen if both the films hit the theatres on the same day. An interesting box office clash is on the cards.
