Why Are Mammootty & Mohanlal Eyeing Tamil And Telugu Industries?

Mammootty and Mohanlal have always made the Malayalam movie industry proud, with their exceptional acting skills. They are the very rare combination of exceptional acting skills and stardom.

But Mammootty and Mohanlal's recent career developments have disappointed the M'town film-makers, who aspires to work with them. Both the actors are planning to concentrate on Tamil and Telugu films.

Mohanlal has already signed 3 back-to-back Telugu projects, including Junior NTR starrer Janatha Garage and Manamantha. He is also rumoured to be roped in for Ajith starrer Tamil movie.

Mammootty, on the other hand, is currently filming for the upcoming flick Peranbu, directed by National Award winner Ram. He is rumoured to be playing the antagonist in Vijay's upcoming movie, Vijay 60.

Sadly, Mohanlal has only signed a very few projects in Malayalam and is dedicating more time for the other language films this year. It is quite disappointing for his die-hard fans.

But Mammootty is equally considering Malayalam and has already signed some promising projects. However, the audiences always want the supremely talented actors to rule the M'town.

The audiences are undoubtedly happy when our stars rule the other language films. But we prefer them as the lead actors in classy Malayalam films than playing baddies in big budget other language movies.
