Biju Menon-Shafi Movie Gets An Interesting Title!

Earlier, it was reported that film-maker Shafi's next film would be with actor Biju Menon. Now, here is an interesting update on this upcoming movie, which is expected to hit the theatres in 2017 itself.

Reportedly, the makers of the film have zeroed in on the title of the movie as Sherlock Toms. The movie has its story by Ordinary fame Najeem Koya, who had also penned the story of Shafi's previous venture Two Countries.

Nothing much has been revealed about the movie or Biju Menon's character in the film. Interestingly, the film will have its script jointly written by Shafi, Najeem Koya and scenarist-turned-director Sachy. Reportedly, Sherlock Toms will be produced by the renowned banner Global United Media.

Sherlock Toms would mark the fifth association of Biju Menon and Shafi. It was for the Dileep starrer Marykkundoru Kunjaadu that both of them teamed up for the first time in Malayalam.

Later, Biju Menon and Shafi teamed up for the multi-starrer movie 101 Weddings, which couldn't do well at the box office. The actor also did a brief role in Shafi's Venicile Vyapari, that featured Mammootty in the lead role.
