CIA-Comrade In America, the recently released Dulquer Salmaan starrer, has already been declared as a super hit at the box office. The movie, which is directed by Amal Neerad, has reportedly crossed the 10-Crore mark at the Kerala box office.
According to the trade experts, Comrade In America has made a total gross collection of 9.70 Crores from the Kerala box office, within the first 4 days of its theatrical run. CIA has made around 58 Lakhs from the Kochi multiplexes alone.
The trade analysts suggest that Comrade In America cross the 1-Crore mark at the Kochi multiplex box office, within the first two weeks of its release. The team is yet to reveal the outside India box office collection of the Dulquer Salmaan movie.
As per the sources close to the team, the Dulquer Salmaan-Amal Neerad movie is all set to cross the 15-Crore mark at the all India box office. Comrade In America-CIA is expected to have a worldwide release, by the end of May 2017.
The Dulquer Salmaan movie had made a grand opening at the box office, by making an initial collection of 3.09 Crores. Thus CIA-Comrade In America has emerged as the third highest initial collection grosser of Malayalam movie industry.
