Dulquer Salmaan, the charming young actor is joining hands with the popular film-maker Bejoy Nambiar for the first time, for the director's Malayalam debut, Solo. As reported earlier, Solo is an anthology film which consists 5 stories.
As per the latest updates, Dulquer Salmaan is playing a gangster in one of the segments, which will also have Manoj K Jayan in a pivotal role. Reportedly, Dulquer is appearing as the foster son of Manoj's character, who is also a notorious gangster.
Interestingly, all the five segments of the movie will feature Dulquer Salmaan in five different roles. The actor is said to be appearing in five different get-ups in the movie, which is scripted by director Bejoy Nambiar, himself.
Recently, Dulquer Salmaan's clicks from the sets of Solo, in which he sports a long hair and beard, had gone viral on social media. The fans of the actor and common audiences are all excited about Solo, which is said to be a very different film.
Solo, which is a bilingual venture, will be simultaneously released in Malayalam and Tamil. Ann Augustine, Sai Dhansika, Arthi Venkatesh, Sruthi Hariharan, Sai Tamhankar, and Asha Jairam are the leading ladies of the movie.
The movie will also feature Soubin Shahir, Bollywood actor Prakash Belawadi, Bengali film-maker Quashiq Mukherjee aka Q, Thaikkudam Bridge fame Govind Menon, singer Siddharth Menon, Anson Paul, etc., in the supporting roles.
