Jomonte Suvisheshangal & Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol Get Release Dates!

Jomonte Suvisheshangal and Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol, the much-awaited movies have finally got release dates. The Dulquer Salmaan movie will hit the theatres on January 19, and the Mohanlal starrer will be released on January 26.

Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol and Jomonte Suvisheshangal are initially slated to hit the theatres in December 2015, as the Christmas releases of the year. But the releases were postponed indefinitely, due to the Kerala cinema strike.

Now, the strike has almost come to an end due to split among the Exhibitors Federation members. A large number of members have decided to quit the federation and form a new association, with the help of Producers Association.

Jomonte Suvisheshangal, which stars Dulquer Salmaan in the title role, is directed by Sathyan Anthikad. The movie, which is scripted by Dr Iqbal Kuttippuram, stars Tamil actress Aishwarya Rajesh and Anupama Parameshwaran in the female leads.

Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol, the Mohanlal movie is directed by Jibu Jacob. Meena, the popular actress essays the female lead in the movie, which is scripted M Sindhuraj. The movie also stars Anoop Menon in a key role.

The other Christmas releases, the Prithviraj starring horror thriller Ezra and Siddique's Jayasurya movie Fukri, are yet to get release dates. If things fall in place, the movies will be released by January last week and February first week.
