Mammootty Wraps Up Ranjith’s Puthan Panam!

High hopes have been pinned up on Puthan Panam, the upcoming film from Mammootty-Ranjith team, which is one of the big releases of the year 2017. Mammootty plays a very different role in this film and his character has been named as Nithyananda Shenoy.

Reportedly, actor Mammootty has completed his portions for the film and is all set to be a part of his next acting ventures. Mammootty wil next join the shoot of his upcoming film to be directed by Syam Dhar.

The shoot of Puthan Panam commenced last year in the month of November and it did progress at a fast pace. The movie was shot in various locations like Kochi, Kazargod, Goa etc.

Apart from Mammootty, the film also features actors like Maamukoya, Kottayam Nazir, Suresh Krishna, Ganapathy, Ineya, Siddique etc., in important roles.

Interestingly, Mammootty will be seen in the role of a native of Kasargod and the actor has also tried his hands on the Kasargod dialect for Puthan Panam.

Some portions of the film were also shot in Goa and Mammootty and a set of other actors were seen in cool and funky costumes. Nothing much has been revealed about the story line of the film.
