I'm Not Stubborn Like Other Actors: Manju Warrier

Manju Warrier, the star actress of Mollywood made a grand comeback and is currently enjoying her successful second innings in cinema. In a recent interview, Manju opened up about her movie and character preferences.

The actress funnily stated that she is not stubborn like most of our mainstream actors. According to Manju, she has no issues in being a part of hero-oriented commercial ventures and is not adamant about doing only women-centric films.

She points out that most of the lead actors are not ready to do the films, which provide an equally important role to the leading lady. But, Manju Warrier is not that stubborn and is ready to be a part of such projects.

Manju's only preference is the ones with an interesting storyline and well-written script, which she would want to watch in the theatres without getting bored. The actress doesn't want to be a part of women-centric films anymore.

But, most of the film-makers are approaching the actress with women-centric subjects. That is why Manju Warrier decided to reduce the number of films. She states that doesn't want to do the films like How Old Are You anymore.

The actress recently finished the works for her upcoming project C/O Saira Banu. Manju Warrier hasn't committed any other projects. As per the latest reports, she is planning to make her Tamil debut, with an Arvind Swamy project, soon.
