CONFIRMED! Manju Warrier To Play A Mohanlal Fan In Her Next!

Well, the year 2016 was a decent one for Manju Warrier and it seems like the New Year would also be a good one for the actress, with some exciting projects in her kitty.

The actress has been careful about selecting new projects and in one such interesting project that she has committed, the lady superstar of Mollywood would be seen in the role of a Mohanlal fan.

Interestingly, the film has been titled as Mohanlal. The upcoming film will be directed by Sajid Yahiya, who made his debut as a film-maker with 2016 release IDI that featured actor Jayasurya in the lead role.

According to the reports, the film is the story of a girl who was born in the Christmas season of 1980, exactly when Mohanlal's debut movie Manjil Virinja Pookkal got released. The film is expected to traverse the films of Mohanlal, so far.

Reportedly, the upcoming film is in its pre-production stages and there hasn't been any official confirmation on when the movie would go on floors.

Meanwhile, Manju Warrier's next release in Malayalam would be C/O Saira Banu, which also features yesteryear actress Amala in the lead role.
