Mohanlal's Odiyan Gets Bigger & Better!

Odiyan, the upcoming Mohanlal starring fantasy thriller, is one of the most anticipated upcoming Mollywood projects of 2017. Reportedly, Odiyan is getting even bigger and better with the addition of new crew members.

As per the latest updates, Baahubali fame art director Sabu Cyril has roped in to handle the production design of the movie. The National award-winning art director is making a comeback to Mollywood, after a long gap of 6 years.

Mohanlal is joining hands with ad film-maker VA Shrikumar Menon for Odiyan, which is a big budget venture. The movie, which is scripted by National award-winner Harikrishnan, stars Manju Warrier in the female lead.

Odiyan, which revolves around the concept of magical realism, is a period movie which is set in during the time span from 1950's to 1990's. The movie mainly depicts a story which four main characters.

Mohanlal, Manju Warrier, and popular South Indian actor Prakash Raj appear as the first three of the four main characters in the movie. As per the reports, the team is yet to finalize the fourth main character of the movie.

Peter Hein handles the action choreography. Pulimurugan fame cinematographer Shaji Kumar is the director of photography. Odiyan is produced by Antony Perumbavoor for Aashirvad Cinemas.
