Mohnalal starrer Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol did have a fantastic start at the box office, with the film grossing above 2.61 Crores on its opening day itself.

Later, with positive reviews pouring in for the movie from all the quarters, the movie took a great stride at the box office and entered the 30-Crore club in just 3 weeks of its run.

Now, speculations are rife that the movie is marching ahead to the coveted 50-Crore club. Certain posters of the movie have mentioned that the movie is the new entrant of the 50-Crore club.

The film had a grand start in all the centres. In fact, Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol even topped the box office collection chart in UAE, among all the films that were released in the past week.

Earlier, Mohanlal movies like Drishyam, Oppam and Pulimurugan also entered the 50-Crore club at the worldwide box office.
