Prithviraj's Karnan: What Happened To The Project?

Karnan, the epic drama which marks the second collaboration of Prithviraj with film-maker RS Vimal, is one of the most-awaited upcoming projects. However, Karnan, which was expected to start rolling in August 2017, is totally away from the limelight these days.

There is absolutely no further information about the Prithviraj movie, which was said to be under the pre-production stage. In 2016, director RS Vimal had confirmed that the team has already begun working on the sets of the movie, at Ramoji Rao Film City, Hyderabad.

It was reported that Karnan will be filmed in multiple schedules, as lead actor Prithviraj is extremely busy with some big projects in his kitty. But, there is absolutely no information about the magnum opus from the past few months, and the social media has already begun the discussions.

It is a fact that Prithviraj is on a signing spree, and has some highly promising projects in his kitty. The actor is currently busy with the shooting of his crossover movie, Detroit Crossing aka Ranam. The actor will next join the sets of Anjali Menon's upcoming directorial venture.

After finishing the Anjali Menon project, Prithviraj is expected to begin the pre-production works of his directorial debut Lucifer. The actor's another impending project is Aadujeevitham, which is written and directed by Blessy.
